  3.     Within this .zip file are a suite of useful utilities that function 
  4.     with all versions of OS/2 from Version 1.0 to Version 1.3
  5.  
  6.     FILESYS2.EXE    Provides a listing of all functioning drives on
  7.                     the machine, the capacity of each drive and the
  8.                     number of bytes free on each drive.
  9.  
  10.     FF1.EXE         File Finder. This may take several command line
  11.                     options.

  13.                     FF1 ?                        - presents a help
  14.                                                    message
  15.                     FF1                          - list all subdirectories
  16.                                                    on default drive
  17.                     FF1 [filename]               - searches for filename
  18.                                                    on default drive. File-
  19.                                                    name may include ? and 
  20.                                                    * wildcards.
  21.                     FF1 [filename] [drivelist]   - where drivelist is a 
  22.                                                    series of letters 
  23.                                                    denoting the logical 
  24.                                                    drives to be searched.
  25.        
  26.                          e.g   FF1 text.* a b c    will search for TEXT.*
  27.                                                    on drives A:, B: and C:.

  30.     SORTDSKC.EXE    Will output an alphabetical listing of all directory 
  31.                     entries. The entry (listed as a file or a subdirectory)
  32.                     also describes the path to that entry and its asso-
  33.                     ciated attributes (-R -S -H -A - read-only, system,
  34.                     hidden, or archive).

  44.     These files are designed to be useful for cleaning up hard disks, prior 
  45.     to a back-up in particular; to weed out duplicate files, and to find 
  46.     those strange hidden files that proprietary INSTALL or SETUP programs 
  47.     happily copy to your hard disk.
